Marvinpac and Strand Cosmetics Europe have formed a joint company, offering “Swiss made” solutions for high-end skin care brands. The newly created company is based in Chatel-Saint-Denis, Switzerland.

The company utilizes Strand’s know-how in the creation and manufacture of high-tech formulas for skin care products, and Marvinpac’s experience in customized packaging, sets and co-packing.

MS Swiss Cosmetics products will be manufactured, filled and packaged in Châtel-Saint-Denis, “which has an excellent carbon footprint and where the water quality is ideal for the formulation of skin care products.”

Eric Bouvier, CEO of Strand Cosmetics Europe, and Ludovic Hericher, CEO of Marvinpac, will serve as associate directors of the new venture. Judith Levy will serve as business unit manager.
